  We eat here often as it is the best place in town. The service, the ambiance, the high quality of the food served and the owners all make the a wonderful xperience. We have enjoyed everything offered from delectable lunch offerings, desserts topped off with great coffees. Take a pause from your day when in Knowlton and spend some well deserved relaxing time with Peter in Normand.

  This place has such a nice variety of sandwiches, pastries and warm dishes. I had a Hungarian sausage with sauerkraut while my boyfriend had a crepe stuffed with ham, cheese and asparagus. Both dishes were delicious.

  Such a beautiful little cafe! The food was great (had the smoked salmon bagel with a cappuccino). They were thoughtful enough to split it into two portions to share with my family. The chocolate cappuccino was delicious. Great decorations and incredible atmosphere. Will definitely stop in here any chance I get.
